You left out perhaps the best one from the very first episode:

"You're just a big idiot with a swollen head!" - Galvatron to Weirdwolf

"Those two are always licking Galvatron's boots" - Laserbeak's best line ever (considering he never talks anywhere else in the cartoons) He's talking about Beavis and But... erm, Cyclonus and Scourge.

And I just love the weird 'meemeemee' singing Mindwipe makes when trying to put others to sleep.
