I was wondering
A) who wants to see Age of Wrath concluded soon,
B) who knows about the legal status-- is it a DW property or Hasbro?
C) hands up who likes me.

I'd like to see IDW release it as a TPB by the end of the year. Its more or less written, the art almost finished (and Ng's recent stuff looks fab).
I'd love to see how Energon tied up too... we'd invested 30 issues into that continuity, be nice to see how it turned out.
I'm not really expecting much DW stuff to ever get concluded tho. And thats not IDW's fault really, its DW's.

I really want to see a conclusion to this, simply because Furman was giving Blaster his long-overdue props at last and we never got to see it...I mean, who wouldn't have wanted to see Blaster go toe-to-toe with Megatron?
Anyone?
Anyone?
I would have waited a ******* eternity for this!!!!

I didn't actually start reading Age of Wrath . . . . mainly because I was waiting for all of the issues. I liked the War Within and Dark Ages. They were imaginative retellings of the TF origin. And it was nice to get away from the "Unicron" plot device that seems to keep popping up all over since G1 was revitalized in 2000 or so.

Just since G1 was revitalized, eh?
I'm thinking Unicron also had a legacy... and a saga... and aspects...
I would rather see Energon tied up than Age of Wrath. And evberybody knows Blaster doesn't fight Megatron, he fights the Mechanic and the Scraplets. If there had been Scrraplets instead of Seeker clones, then maybe I would go for AoW.

I sure would have payed to see that! In the unfinished art that got leaked after the fall of DW, it looked like he actually pawned Megs in one panel! w00t!Metal Vendetta wrote:I really want to see a conclusion to this, simply because Furman was giving Blaster his long-overdue props at last and we never got to see it...I mean, who wouldn't have wanted to see Blaster go toe-to-toe with Megatron?

With that said, now that you mention it, of course I'd more like to see the whole Armada/Energon -continuity tied up in a decent and worthy manor.

I'd love to see both of 'em, but I doubt we'll see either. IDW has its own continuity started. Hasbro has Cybertron. They'll probably just leave well enough alone.

agree an Energon conclusion is preferable.
Yeah, I mean that lastn issue of Energon with Megs and Scorpy duking it out both verbally and physically... best issue ever.
But AoW had Carnivac! Carnivac!!! Sorry I'm big on this... Issue 1 was great, 2 was a bit of a letdown because nothing really happened. But in 3 the pace was picked up, would have loved to see more of the Turbomasters, and whatever happaned to Baby Jane.., uh, I mean Flash (Gordon).
