TF: TM...the UK version (meant to be humourous)

Over the last 25 years the Transformers have appeared in media from the exquisite to the scribbled and been licensed to the responsible and the... Pat Lee. Discussion of all the branches of TF media within!

TF: TM...the UK version (meant to be humourous)

Post by Birdman » Fri Jan 06, 2006 4:21 pm

Hi all,
What if, back in 'the day', it was decided to do a UK dub of TF: TM....

Kup: Buster Merryweather ('When I was in the Cybertronian War, I was in charge of this space freighter....')

Galvatron: Tom Baker (as with Nimoy, an actor famed for having been in a popular sci-fi show a few years before...' Ah, Unicron, I now have that which you most fear...do you want a jelly baby?')

Wreck-Gar: Steve Martin (a cast member of an influential comedy show from the other side of the Atlantic...check!)

Unicron: Laurence Olivier (a famous 'serious' actor who died later in the 80s)

Starscream: Larry Grayson (yeah, I know that Larry would be a bit too macho for Screamer....)

Any more?

I like the idea of Lennie Henry getting blown up, so I'd have him as Starscream.
