Yes.

Otherwise you couldn't have, say, Blades, for being part of the collective conciousness of Defensor.

But it always looked as if the combination of reflector was a bit different, as if instead of combining the minds of several individuals into a new one, it appeared as if it was more Reflector splitting his mind up into several bodies.

Hence the way the annoying little buggers always talked at the same time, saying the same things. Echo.

I believe that Magmatron in Beast Wars Neo/Beast Machines is another example of this?

I wasn't. I was only one of them.

Viewfinder is as distinct from Reflector as SixGun and Slammer are from Metroplex.

And there's no solid proof in any media to say whether the individual components of Reflector have distinct minds or not. Yes, they speak with one voice in the cartoon, but do they do that in the DW comics? Eh? Eh? You suck, Ozz rules. End of!

My exact statement was "I am not part of the Special Teams!"

Note the capitalisation. Proper noun. Official Hasbro terminology. The 'Special Teams' were the Combaticons, Aerialbots, etc. Reflector never had an official classification.

It's like a Transformer can have three distinct modes (say, Trypticon) but not be a Triple Changer.

I'm a git like that when it comes to phrasing.

Hey cool it, man. Ozz figured it out fare and square. I wasn't even the one that posted the question of Reflector, it never flew my mind even. I just assumed he was considered one single character, what with the tech-spec only mentioning Reflector in singular.

So he was in the DW-comic? Maybe I'll check out what he was doing there, when I feel rather bored. And yes, end of.

^^ = what you wrote upon discovering the answer. I then posted to clarify the situation, resulting in you getting all uppity and self-righteous like you normally do. You cannot question something and then get bent out of shape when somebody clarifies the situation.

Yes. Hence my affirmative statement when asked if the character was in the DW comic. You could save so much aggravation by actually reading things through.
