And SC (or should that be Escee?), Scrounge just gave me inspiration. And I didn't pick someone SUPER obscure, like Ferak or Cyclonus II.

Up until you said no flight mode, I was actually thinking Ferak. Provided I ignored the Earth info. Hmph.

Please understand, I'm not one of the millions of Ferak haters out there, I'm just saying that in the area of obscurity, like Pred said, I felt he was one of the more "famous obscure" characters.

Or maybe he just made an impression on me as a kid because all he had was a frickin' grease gun.
