Come on! Who didn't at least IMAGINE the possibility of a Death's Head movie or TV show when the character was at the height of his popularity?
Of course, it would have to be an adult title, due to all the gory killing.
CGI or cell animation?
Big DH or post Doctor Who shrinking?
And should it be Death's Head from the TF comics or the Minion years?

Agree 100%. I just meant that if you ignore the history and just consider it as aMarvel adventure/superhero comic it was good.spiderfrommars wrote:The plot as a whole was ok and written well. But what they did to the original DH character seemed disrespectful, and what they did to Spratt was outright horrible. Left a bad taste in my mouth.
And I enjoyed seeing DHII pull out Wolverines guts so much, I bought the T-shirt!

Who the hell liked Spratt? He was just one letter from being 'Pratt'. Okay, he was useful as a story device to bring DH away from just a dark killer; but if there was a movie, then I think DH should be the one to kill him (painfully). It would certainly make me happy.
I don't see why DH had ANY sidekicks - he didn't need them. If he did require help, it was always some flimsy conceit where a weaker character was able to do something he couldn't. When he became Minion, sidekicks and teamups came out of the woodwork. I can understand it was marketing crossover, but was it realistic? DH was so powerful that he suffered the 'Superman Effect' at times - he was too invulnerable for his own good. At least the writers didn't create 'mechanoid Kryptonite'. Then later he got seemingly weaker, and stuff hurt him all the time. Grrr...
Anyway, back to topic: Should a DH movie be TF or Minion? Should it be a transition movie from one to the other? Or a trilogy that does the task? Or should there be parallel movies with a sly nod to fans that know Minion and DH are practically the same person?
Personally I prefer the pre-shrinking, solo TF era hardass that says 'Yes' all the time. That should be the focus of the movie - except the TF part for financial reasons, and 'cos it would just become a TF movie with DH in it (no bad thing of course).

I meant Minion was near indestructible. Anyway, Galvatron was also super invincible, but he was soon downgraded to 'easy to beat on a regular basis' as well. It's like the Borg in Star Trek: near-impossible to kill in TNG, but defeated on a regular basis in VOY.
And of course Galvatron could defeat DH (well, rip his arm off) - he's bloody GALVATRON!!!

seeing that Galvy had the strength to rip arms off the bounty hunter id think it was merely a matter of time before Galvy wins.Best First wrote:meh.
With one arm DH managed to pib Galvy and last we saw was repeatedly smacking him in the face despite Galvy's best efforts tp remove him - i'd say it was far from conclusive...
