Which ever way one looks at it, it's a large amount of money for any individual to be owed (and even worse, likely to be written off).

Yeah, that's been floating around for a bit. IIRC, their folks actually leant them a load of money to set the business up. They're secured creditors, so they're likely to get priority in being paid off.

the thuing about this list that is most sickening is that they hve clrearly ben in trouble for a long time, but kept stringing everyone along.

my BMW debt is because I had thiere car for two months, didnt want/afford it - so i gave it back.

I appreciate that the car has depreciated by 2 months, anyhows, my contract states I will pay them the full amount for the car.

so even tho i dont have the car, i have to give them the money for it.

tech - they could write I owe them 1 billion pounds and id have to pay them.

ive been to court and the judge thought it was perfectly fair I gave them £30k for nothing? a bit of paper or somthing - ****.

guess what, ive made sure it appears i have nothing, so they have wasted £1000's in legal bills - think i might phone em up to laugh at em.

Thats business in the good old free market :x Skip merrily from one limited-liability company to the next leaving (potentially) a trail of ruined lives and businesses, get very rich on the back of it, and you don't even loose your high performace sports car!

I often think that I would like to work for myself, but doubt that i have what it takes. But it seems that you don't have to be a good business person to be a sucessful (rich) one.......I might give it a go, whats the worst that can happen? :D
