For those suffering from comic withdrawl...

Over the last 25 years the Transformers have appeared in media from the exquisite to the scribbled and been licensed to the responsible and the... Pat Lee. Discussion of all the branches of TF media within!

They say you always end up becoming the things you hate the most. I'm testing this theory by being Pat Lee for a while.

1. I've been photoshopping "cool" pictures of myself.

Image

2. I've spent all of your comic money on strippers, Ferraris and a helicopter. Hell, it was tough but someone had to do it.

3. I've made a Transformers comic that's horrendously overdue.

Image

You can read Disruption now at www.robleesejones.com

If you've not read Chronology, then read that first, as Disruption follows on from that...

4. Not paid Karl or Besty.
I would have waited a ******* eternity for this!!!!

Can't say I quite agree about the better homepage. :x Sure, it's technologically impressive, but also immensily annoying. And you did it on purpose, you turtoise!

Comic looks interesting, :) except the cons seem to be talking like some tugs from the Marston Moor or something.

Oh, and EmmVee, why do you look like Optimus Prime Rib? :(

Well, I liked the website, I thought it was quite funky. :p
Mind you, I was only half-conscious when I was checking it out.
If you want a technically impressive yet sodding irritating site, check out Radiohead's official site...

Loved the comics! Thought there was lots of energy in the lines and layouts and the dialogue was fun! Although I was a bit wobbled by Ravage's 'not-speaking and behaving like a dog' thing in the first chapter, sorry.

Soundwave looks and behaves awesomely throughout, liked him a lot . :)

Good work MV and Karl. :)

Always good to see Carnivac in action. And I really liked the transformation/letters pages. Made me all nostalgic. :)

Great stuff - though anything that has Carny in it can't be bad-!

I too was suprised at Ravage not talking, glad he got his voice back. Gotta love the conversation between the Stunticons.

BTW, aren't deaths a bit over-done? I mean Breakdown and Ravage got their brain modules vaporised by the looks of it...

And the expression on Soundwave's face when he sees Devastator... priceless! :D

Well, Ravage's behaviour in the first one was meant to be odd - hence Rumble's comment about him malfunctioning...
Predabot wrote:Comic looks interesting, :) except the cons seem to be talking like some tugs from the Marston Moor or something.
I don't know what this means, so I can't really comment.

Heh, as for deaths, wait until I write a proper Furman-style epic :D :D  (incidentally, Ravage will probably recover, Brakdown's fate is less certain...)

What I meant was that to me, in the first panel, Octane sounded sorta a bit british...don't know if I'm reading in too much in it. And sorrily to say, I think that oddly enough the cartoon-version of his character was more interesting. :( He might do a few heists and has a thing for fuel, but he's really a nice guy deep down. A very interesting con. But those were only small nuggings in the border, the only real short-coming of the comic is the line-artist I'm afraid. :( Sorry Karly.. but you aint the new Don Figueroa. The coloring could perhaps have been better, but it does it's job rather nicely, so it's not bad really. :)

I do not share your opinion I'm afraid, but everyone is entitled to their own, and it should be respected. {continues to re-read his precious War Within Dark Ages}

Wasn't he always missing a leg? Megsy scrapped Wildrider, remember? ;)

Disruption's missing a few things Chronology had:

Front Cover
Transformation Page
Vendetta's Letters

Oh, and you forgot to change the date when you snagged the Transformation page on Chronology. Unless you actually did produce it way back in 1990.

Nice one, Pat. :D

Wait, is that canon or Vendetton?

Muchas gracias to Mob for the Sig, proving why he's called 'King'.

The "i" in "Señior" from "Señior's Covenant" is intentional and part of a stupid & cheesy inside joke from '02. Thank you for your concern.

Canon. Black'n'White stuff - same continuity* as Survivors.

* I know, I know. Continuity is defenestrated when it comes to Vendetta's stuff.

very true... but if i recall correctly, his head was left on top of the ashes of his body... so i held out hope (like Megs crushing the head of brawl... he sure didn't like the special team folks did he?)

besides i have a soft spot for the stunticons, the were my first complete special team...

the moral of te story is 'never try'

Im surprised at your Karl, what with all the spare time on your hands, and being just one guy helping out a friend, im amazed the production value wasnt at least of DW standard!

*Implies that work is the definition of sub-standard. This includes but is not limited to puffed-marshmellowing or ballooning of character forms, miscroscopic craniums, robotic breasts on "male" characters, expressions of "holy [composite word including 'f*ck'], four more years?!" in every panel, overstuffing "action" into small panels, sub-par writing, cartoonesque stories, idiotic "we're fans too" attitudes, not paying underlings, spending company's income on Biscuit the oiled-up one legged stripper, the newest sports car to hit the market, cartons of smokes, professional photographers, ten-minute-abs videos, lawyers, and the cost of registering a new company name to spunk out more crap under.
