Petition to Hasbro for McDonough and Patyk
Moderators:Best First, spiderfrommars, IronHide
Here is a new petition designed by Botch of TF box art archive fame. The petition is being sent to Hasbro to urge them to bring former DW TF comic writers James McDonough and Adam Patyk back on the TF comic once the new publisher is announced.
For those of you who loved the work they did at Dreamwave, your vote counts in bringing them back. Let's do our part in helping these guys out and all other former DW employees, like Don and Simon.

We don't need a Furman petition, 'cause any company who picks up the license and DOES NOt hire him is sure to end up like DW very soon.
But I don't wanna see Mad Brick writing TFs EVER AGAIN. They can bring back Adam to write MTMTE, he was good at that.

Agreed. If I want cartoon quality storylines, I will watch the cartoon.BB Shockwave wrote:We don't need a Furman petition, 'cause any company who picks up the license and DOES NOt hire him is sure to end up like DW very soon.

This is why Transformers will inevitably be treated like a **** second class storyline.Yaya wrote: For those of you who loved the work they did at Dreamwave, your vote counts in bringing them back. Let's do our part in helping these guys out and all other former DW employees, like Don and Simon.

The fandom, for the most part, will accept anything with the TF logo on it, and love it.
Except if it's G2 or Beast Wars/Machines, because actually showing the consequences of intergalactic war, or trying to branch out beyond trucks and planes is anathema to the cartoon and thus evil.
Bah.
I wont wank as I dont want to feel guilty. ~ Snarl

Don't worry yourself - they'll probably get the job if DD get the license.Yaya wrote:your vote counts in bringing them back

Can someone explain to me how petitioning to bring Mick and Patyk back helps Don and Simon?Yaya wrote:Let's do our part in helping these guys out and all other former DW employees, like Don and Simon.

Sorry - not signing. I hope they get the money owed to them but after that i would happily never see them near TFs ever again.
or as Brawn would no doubt say:
"Slag! I ain't slaggin' letting those slaggin' slaggers near my slaggin' license again! Don't you slaggin' agree Slag?"
"Me Slag say slaggin no slaggin way! Slagnabbit."

Bah.
Muchas gracias to Mob for the Sig, proving why he's called 'King'.
The "i" in "Señior" from "Señior's Covenant" is intentional and part of a stupid & cheesy inside joke from '02. Thank you for your concern.
