2005 or 2006?

Hi all,
Slightly off topic, but how many others on here who can remember reading the UK comics first time round will find it a bit strange when 2006 comes around...?

I'd find it quite maddening if, when 2006 came along, things were near-identical to locations portrayed in the movie, tbh.

Scourge: "I need the toilet - no, it's okay - I don't need to go anymore."
Galvatron: (shaking wet foot): "Next time I'm bringing Daniel and Wheelie with me instead - much less annoying."
