Maddox weighs in on Episode III.
Muchas gracias to Mob for the Sig, proving why he's called 'King'.
The "i" in "Señior" from "Señior's Covenant" is intentional and part of a stupid & cheesy inside joke from '02. Thank you for your concern.

That was poor by madox standards. To be honest he hasen't always been as good as he was in the last year and sometimes just bitches without any well made poinst or comedic p### taking. His last really good one was about Ben Stiller and how to kill your self like a man and those were oasis' in the poverbial desert.

I'll agree with you that much of his few-and-far-in-between stuff has been less than Maddox' usual quality. His last really good one in my opinion was The eleven worst songs of 2004. The Websense one still is ace though, just because of how it blindsided Beth Robbin's Mothers Against Maddox crap.Jetfire wrote:That was poor by madox standards. Can someone settle an arguement I'm having with a lady friend?
I say when Lucas said there was a 7, 8, and 9, he was either massively stoned and/or talking out of his ass and since then, he's since admitted that he only had the scriptwork done for 1,2, and 3, and that he has no script, ideas, inclination, or time to do a 7, 8, and 9.
She says that Lucas has ideas and is currently working on scripts, among other projects.

I think on the original trilogy dvd set, they say he is not going to make any films that go after Ep VI. He had a loose idea for a story but nothing more than that.
It's been a while since I've watched the bonus disc. I think any further films would follow the books as they are accepted as official continuation, I believe???
As far as I remember Ep's I, II & III weren't scripts either (Again from the DVD bonus disc). They were taken from write ups on characters such as ObiiWan and Dart Vader to give them depth by having a past set out. Very rough stuff apparently.

It just seems whether you view the first six movies as The Story Of Anakin or The Rule Of Sidius, either way it's over after ROTJ.

If i remember rightly the books are 'official' but Lucas retains the rights to obliterate them and do his own follow up if he likes.Darth Aux wrote:

I don't think he will personally.
At least, i hope not...
With regard to the 9 eps i was under the impression that that was how he originally evisinged it but the first 3 films were actually compressed versions of most of it, so a lot of material that was originally intended for 7,8,9 probably got compacted into 5,6.
So whilst there may have been loose outlines for 7,8,9 at one point they are probably now redundant.
Actually, if he did do them, i would be curious to see them.
