Did he do anything in the US comic? I don't remember him getting much of a story there at all...

Nope, he was just cannon fodder really, wasn't he? And you can't deny he was good at it.

US issue 4, ravage and skywarp get him before shockwave finishes the job

He was part of the team that went to intercept the Constructicons on their first mission - US issue 10, where he got the stuffing blown out of him.

Then in US issue 12 Primes body with the false head shoots him.

Basically, he only makes token background appearances, usually to get shot!

He was on Sparkplug's side in The Last Stand, when some Autobots got furious after learning that Witwicky gave Decepticons fuel. Erm, that's about it?

I love his line in Devastation Derby, when Constructicons merge into Devastator: "Heck! I hate it when they do this!".

Fondly remembered for doing nothing (except looking like Ratchet - were they ever tagged as brothers?). Remembered fondly nonetheless. Quick observation: Doesn't the Energon 'Tow-line' (I think that was his name) toy SO want to be a new version of G1 Ironhide (or Ratchet for that matter)? It even has the separate repair bay with caterpillar tracks. That toy is just demanding either a Ironhide or Ratchet repaint. Pity Ironhide has become an annoying whiner in the Energon cartoon - just don't get me started on THAT, okay?
