A coloured piece for another Transfan, inks Evilratbat

I did this for the guys over at Rabid squirrel as well a while back, missed the competition deadline though, but thought i'd show it over here if people hadn't seen it. All I had was one of the outlines, the rest came as I went along

Comments and cits always appreciated!

You've got a great simple cell-shaded style. :) I've never been able to do that, I always make everything super-busy in the colour-department.

So, what's the story with the coloured IDW-page? Did it for fun, or is it a portfolio-job so to say, a tryout for colouring some stuff for them? Btw, are you entirely done with that one? It looks as if you've got a very minimalistic style, but it looks as if there's some things missing.

(what's with the crisis of identity btw?)

The IDW strip was just for fun, kill some time at work. I would really like to get into it but being a graphic designer pays my bills! It does look a bit unfinished but I think is because I left the panel white, rather than swicthing it to black, like in the actual books. In relation to the simplistic style I just like the clean-ness of it, I think sometimes they can get a bit heavy with the old colours in some mags.

And the crisis of identity? Go read a very special story to me, What's in a name? ;)

If there is anything anyone wants me to knock some colours onto things just let me know, always got time.

Sorry bud, you posted 3 mins after I left work! I can't remember where it was, I think it was on an IDW preview section on their site.

If you want I can email you the original blank. :)
