Problem logging in

I have tried logging in from a few friends pcs and each time I do it, I have to log in twice. Problem?

I've noticed no such thing here. Cookies/security issue perhaps- have you friends consulted the default settings?

transfans.net and www.transfans.net aren't the same from the point of most browsers and cookies; that can be irritating.

There are also some changes to authentication in 2.0.15, which I doubt are making things any easier. I can't wait for phpBB 3, because the 2.x.x codebase is turning into a mess of security-related patches...

I think it may be related to session-handling, personally. Most links here don't append an sid, but some do.
