If these are released around $50 per Constructicon, I'll probably need these.

I doubt it. The market this company is targeting is the people like me who are passing on "Hercules" because of the $100 per figure price tag. These figures are supposed to be around deluxe size, as opposed to Hercules's voyager-size figures.

$50 is quite possible. Fansproject put out their Combaticon sets at $50 each, and those were scout-size figures with tons of add-on equipment.

True, but it's my understanding that "Make-Toy" is a Japanese company. Over here, our Deluxe Class figures have an MSRP of nearly $30.

Let's hope I'm wrong! ...there's some precedent, you know. ;)

The TFC Hercules figures are lovely, but over priced.

I've got the first 2 and they seem to be suffering in the quality control department.

A replacement shovel for Exgraver was packaged with Heavy Labor as some people have had the originals break, and now Heavy Labor has a commonly recognised hip issue, where the ratchets wear down and snap. So TFC are sending replacement parts for him out too.

Really sad at £70 a figure.

Thought this when I first looked at both figs. Still like the look of the Hercules fig better.

Knowing this makes me sad, however.

Some people don't seem to understand why it's not okay to have $100 figs with QC issues from an unproven 3rd party company.

I think "Hercules" was probably a touch too ambitious.

Maybe Giant will be better... but the first release is going to be in G2 Yellow, I believe (which is better than G2 Orange, but still).
For now, it seems like IDW wants my money.

Great! Let 'em work out the bugs and QC issues with the yellow one and the green follow-up will be perfect!
