BotCon 2011 Exclusive Souvenir sets revealed!

BotCon 2011's Souvenir sets have been officially revealed!

Set one includes Shattered Glass Galvatron and Actionmaster Thundercracker. A remold of Cybertron Evac and the Classics Seeker mold, respectively.

Set two includes Toxitron and G2 Sideswipe. Repaints of Animated Optimus Prime and Rodimus Minor, respectively.

Set three includes three Autotroopers. While paying homage to G1 Prowl, these figures are mostly based on the infamous Kiss Players Autotrooper (which payed homage to G1 Prowl). They are remolds of the Cybertronian Ratchet/Ironhide/Fisitron mold.

TFW2005 may think it's Action Master Thundercracker, but the infosheet in the photo clearly says Shattered Glass.

And with that colour scheme, it'd need to be!

Evac looks quite good as Galvy, though.

Is Shattered Glass Thundercracker based on the artwork for Actionmaster Thundercracker?

I would be willing to bet that not more than a half-dozen people complain about this Thundercracker not being available at retail.

I'd also like to think that this figure was decided on by spite.

Actually there's a group of fans on TFW who campaigned for it, just because of how hideously awesome it is. I can't say I blame them, but there's no way I'd pay more than the deluxe price for one.
