Umm, those characters were all in the leaked first script idea. You know, the one Bay later said was "not real" and promised he'd leak false info from now on to confuse us? 
If this lineup is true (and Devastator and 'Chuck' were in that script), then these's Bots and Cons will be in Movie 2. too:
SPOILERS!!!! (possibly)
-Devastator (the Constructicons only appear to form him and fight UM on a freeway then get taken out by him)
-Ultra Magnus (according to first leaks, will be a car transporter with trailer)
-Hot Rod (Mikaela's car, nuff said...)
-Soundwave (experimental sound tank alt mode, sort of a 'priest'-healer, comes to revive Megs
-lots of nameless Bots and Cons for the slaughter, also the Con ship Soundwave uses can transform into an aircraft carrier.
-the plot is now... get this... a quest for a 'Sphere' (after the ingenious Cube last time) loaded with allspark energy which powers half of the US and is buried under Vegas. BB and Hot Rod are the key characters from bot side, on the Con side there's a civil war between Starscream's Cons and Megs' followers which culminates in Megs killing Screamer in the end.
-There is a Matrix in Prime that can give sentience to robots given life by the allspark. Soundwave takes it from Prime and Megs gets it in the end of the movie.
-This might sound good, but there is also about 50% human story in this, Sam and his idiot asian 'nerd' roomate, Mikaela getting into trouble and Prime sending Bots to their deaths to protect her just because he promised Sam... Also nutty agent Simmons is now working in Vegas undercover as a Casino agent. There is also an 'old man' from the time of S7 old times who runs the whole Vegas part and gets a lot of screentime.
But if anyone wants to read the thing, I bet TFW2005 still has it somewhere.
