TF/Terminator cross over announced.

Transformers/Terminator crossover.
CYBERTRON VS CYBERDENE

I understand there's a "Transformers/Terminator" comic book series on the way. Will it be Dynamite, will it be IDW?

Will it be as bad as "Transformers/Avengers?" No.
Whoever thought this was a good idea should hang at the gallows at noon.

Dude, Transformers would kick their ass. Skynet's been sentient for what, a few decades? And Transformers have millenia? I mean, if Skynet can't eradicate some fleshlings, what are they going to do against war hardened, intelligent robots?

Still though, the coolest thing on that issue of LITG is the link to our "Pat Lee Imposter" thread.

Such a professional, impartial approach to news reporting...

And so nice to see you're still deciding things are rubbish before they've even come out.
Grrr. Argh.

Hot shot - i am entirely sick of you peppring our front page with dickhead opinions rather than news.

post news items more objectively or stop doing it, you can make your, frankly idiotic "this will be rubbish based on nothing nothing" , comments later in the topic.

I assume a terminators strength is equall to what? a headmaster exo suit?
Do phased plasma rifles in the 90watt range have the ablity to bust TF armour?

These are a few questions id like to see answered, otherwise I feel it would be a bit one sided. saying that, are Terminator exo skeletons tougher than that of a TF?

Could a T-1000 merge itself inside a TF, flowing in through small holes in a TF armour?

Can a terminatrix control a TF, like it does the T-1 in the film T3? or, a bit like Bombshells ablity?

I assume a Terminator could rip an armoured Zarak into itty bitty pieces.

U see im never quite sure just how strong a headmaster is, they must have servos and other hydro pumps to power thier movement, much like a terminators, plus the scale and size of them is similar?

Well, seeing as Simon F is the writer for both Terminator and TF at the moment, I guess it could be good.

If he can actually be arsed to write it, that is.

Who the heck do we want on art, that is not currently bound up by Marvel or DC? Normally we'd just say Don or EJ, but they don't quite feel right with the world of Terminator. Ah hell, we could use Jae Lee, considering how much he has evolved on Dark Tower, but no can do.

Uh... Any ideas? Maybe the guy that drew TF Infinity, he didn't look half-bad.

You wouldn't by chance have a link to where he scotches it, do you? :o

Ryall wrote:But keep in mind this was mentioned at a rumor site. There's no deal in place, but people have been talking about this one from the start, simply because Simon Furman is writing both books. I think it'd be cool and feel organic to what we've been doing for that reason, but there's nothing signed or scheduled, it's just talk, the same way the JLA one was a year ago. But either way, I can't see how a crossover is weakening the brand.
