Transformers (2007) has beaten the previous weekend box office record held by Spider Man in the US and has taken over $67,000,000 in ticket sales.

Yay Transformers FTW! I'm glad this was so nicely done and the Transformers franchise wasn't blown to *****.. Can't wait to see the sequal! OMG!

Aye. Now be the time for a sequel. I doth declare it to contain Gestalts, Triple-changers, and... DINOBOTS! So BE it! :)

( Then increase the presure for the third movie, with City-bots, pretenders and head-masters/some type of master, and fighting on Cybertron. Don't think we need a Unicron, really.)
