To celebrate the release of the live-action Transformers movie and Gen1 TF specifically, on my radio show Black Night Meditations this Tuesday night you'll hear the Metal tunes from the 1986 The Transformers: The Movie soundtrack, rare movie score tracks from Vince DiCola, clips from the 1986 movie, clips from the original tv cartoon from 1984-1986, original toy commercials, and I'll be giving away copies of the reissue of the original soundtrack to the 1986 movie. Among all this will be Metal tunes, as BNM is a Metal show. I'm doing this out of my sheer love and continued dedication to Gen1 Transformers for over 20 years.

I take it you mean Hard Rock from the '80s? I will have a few songs that may appeal to you. Of course there will be the soundtrack song from 1986. Those are in the vein of Twisted Sister/Quiet Riot. I also have Metal tunes from that era. Who knows, if you listen you may be transformed into a Metalhead.
I'll also offer my thoughts on the new movie that I just had to see last night.
