Holy heck! Microman is back?

I really like them... at first I thought they could be part of the upcoming TF Movie toys, but their stlye is totally different - more like G1.
At any rate, I'lld definitly get these... And IMHO, great minfs think alike. For my 'work in process' TF Movie script that I decided to write when I read the leaked script, I plan to make Ravage transform into a cell phone- granted, my version is on the early phases of sketchy designs yet.
Transforming Camera, Game-Boy and cell phone Prototypes!

Some people actually think these are from the Bay movie...
Totally not seeing the difference. If Bay's designer would have made these, they'd look like alien bugs.
Even if these aren't classics, I plan to get them - and repaint the camera guy to Reflector. The Gameboy looks funnily just like Soundwave... except for the head.
If you go to the Patent page, there are more pics there, but only thumbnails.
Oh btw, speaking of classics, fully painted Mirage photos (he has a 'Sparkplug Witwicky's' advert on his spoiler!!! Seriously! ) and an ebay auction for boxed Classics Jetfire are up on TFW2005 too! Gosh, I wish they'd use the Classics designs in the Movie...

Those Classics look excellent. They largely keep elements of the original design, yet take on a new twist to make them look less bulky/wieldy than the originals.Hound wrote:pix of Classics Mirage and Grimlock
They look like the ideal things to be used as character models for a live-action film to be based upon...
