Ey Impy, how would you say that this mesures up to the cgi used in common Hollywood movies?

Id say its pretty close to a high production movie to be honest - I expect movie visuals to be a bit more complex, and the enviroment interaction to be of a higher quality.

I do believe that this means that the movie is going to look fookin' awesome?

Also to note is that some rumours/reports from the set reveals that they are using 15 foot robot-models as wells as CGI and real vehicles. This movie is atleast going to LOOK ace!

If u can build a robot to be in shot and save on CGI then im sure they will.

Imagine after the film is made purchasing a 15ft Optimus for the front lawn...
