Ethan Phillips, best known for his role as the lovable, charming, paedophile alien Neelix in Star Trek: Voyager, has been mooted for a role in the forthcoming Transformers movie. Phillips has worked with director Michael Bay before, playing Jones Three Echo in last year's neither-one-thing-nor-the-other movie The Island.
Given that his CV lists both voice-over and live action parts, Phillips could be cast as one of the humans or he may be lending his voice to one of our robots in disguise.
