How to get an Transformers Infiltration incentive cover free

Post by OneShallStand » Thu Dec 29, 2005 9:42 pm

Hi guys,

I'm Steve from OneShallStand.com. We are trying to generate more traffic to our boards which are sadly not as well supported as this one.

So we're offering visitors a chance to win a Transformers Infiltration #1 wraparound incentive cover by Andrew Wildman. All you have to do is stop by the OneShallStand boards, create a profile, and post a message before February 15. The comic is worth around £20 or more and is hard to find.
The boards are here - http://oneshallstand.proboards37.com/index.cgi

The website itself has comic reviews, Target 2006 scans, and a shop selling the new IDW releases and Death's Head 3.0.

Thanks for reading
Steve

Will do, once I get the activation key. :)

Cheers for dropping by Steve!

I'd say it probably has a bit to do with the ads and the Proboard/XSOrbit software...

Have you considered a 'featured' forum on another site? Like here, for instance? Ready-made community, and one with a strong comics interest. (Note: although I'm technically staff here, it's not in any way my place to offer as it's Paul who has the server agreement with Brendan. He may very well be interested, though.)

Stu, I hadn't heard of featured forums before but it could solve a lot of the problems. I'll have a word with Paul, thanks.

Meantime, here's a little quiz for people. Solve the five Transformer motto questions below and email your answer to me by Feb 15. If your name is first out the hat you win a tenner's worth of TF comics/tapes/posters, He Man, Star Wars, Thundercats, Ghostbusters or Turtles back issues. You get to choose how you spend the cash.

On to the questions:

1) "My power is everything defeat is absurd" is the motto of which Decepticon leader?

a) Galvatron
b) Scorponok
c) Lord Straxus

2) The only point he likes in Autobots is "melting point" but who is he?

3) Cries and screams are music to which Decepticon's ears?

4) An ounce of maintenance is worth a pound of cure, according to which Autobot medic?

a) Ratchet
b) First Aid
c) Fixit

5) Whose "wheels were made for crushing"?

a) Motormaster
b) Wildrider
c) Scrapper

The Allspark do it with one or two US-based fan stores. This place has a fair showing of UK/European folks.

He should be back in around a week, I think.
