Reissue, from what everyone is saying. TFC #21.
Have also been told that Steeljaw is supposed to be coming with him.

Regular, if at all.

None of the eHobby releases had been previously available as officially branded Transformers. Diaclone schemes, yes. Random made up paint jobs to represent obscure characters, certainly. Transformers who'd been properly released? Nope.

Unless I blinked and missed something.
Grrr. Argh.
