The space-battle looks sexy. And the Polar Claw pic looks good too. But.. that litho-like spread, with scenes from the show.. it's as if there's something off about it. And I don't think I like where it's going.

I like the other spread he did when it was a DW-series much better, the one with all the season1 characters duking it out. :)

That we'll be allowed to learn more about the lost years, the transition from the great war to Maximal-society sounds absolutely smashin'! :D

As long as it's Furman writing and not Mick, I'm happy. Furmanites unite!

I'm a little more concerned that BW Neo's Magmatron is in the bottom of the Polar Claw page. Along with the litho-like spread with scenes from the show, we're looking at some continuity orgy here.

Not that it's such a bad thing. :)

Magmatron was also released in the west as part of Beat machine through Hasbro's online shop, so i don't think anyone really needs to worry about BW Neo playing any continuity role.

The BW classic stuff is, i expect just to whet our appitites.

Hmmm...cast looks interesting. I wonder how much of Furman's DW strip will make it through to this one? Obviously Magmatron, probably Grimlock...kinda curious to see how Grim fits now they're out of DW continuity as well.
I would have waited a ******* eternity for this!!!!

Grim in BW would be utterly A-team.

i suspect quite a lot of the DW ideas will carry over, it was far enough divorced from the rest of DW anyway as far as i can gather.

i'm ust mr speculation today, eh?

Furman mentioned in an old DW interview that he was absolutely thrilled when he learned that BW Grimlock is, according to his tech specs, G1 Grimlock in a new body...

I wonder if we'll see more old G1 guys, like Prowl, Ironhide or the not-Fuzor Silverbolt, who were in BW too. One thing I always disliked about the BW show was how it simply assumed all the old cast was dead or just not around, which is hard to believe. Logically they should be downsized and living as Maximals/predacons.
