I say: the best of luck to him.
And I hope we'll see some fairly decent comics. I see nothing wrong with the ressurrection of one of the smaller elephants on the comic-market. If successful, it will no doubt be a jumping-point for new, fresh young talent who wants to try their hands at a rather unforgiving industry.
Besides, now that all the bad people are gone, shouldn't it be possible to fish out some of the small grains that was good with Dreamwave?
Come on, give him a chance. And Denyer, send em' a script. Maybe he'll think your right for his company, maybe we'll be seeing your name in ink.

Don't be so quick to judge. From what I know, their editorial department staff are quite experienced. They most likely are bringing in their own experienced writers.
Frankly, I couldn't figure out why anyone would buy a company with mostly copycat properties, but then, would any new company gets even the TF community talking let alone comic book community in general? This is an attention grabber strategy as far as I could tell.

Nope. but as far as I know, they are developing new materials, so I am reserving my judgement. If anything, they should get rid of that god awful logo.Best First wrote:Do any of these titles have that big a following?

So they've basically got Warlands (copy of Lodus War) and Dark Minds (most obvious copy of Ghost in the Shell possible). What can be done with those that hasn't already? Good luck to them, though. I look forward to entering some of my material in their 2006 talent search.
