So basically Marvel are stitching together a new Battleworld built from pieces of pretty much every alternate reality. And that's going to be the Marvel Universe moving forward.
So they're doing Crisis on Infinite Earths, but instead of amalgamating it all so that most of it never happened, they're merging it so that all of it still happened and will continue to happen simultaneously on the same planet in a shared reality and what about space because oh look I've gone cross-eyed.

Surely *this* will make going to a special store to pay $4 every month (until the inevitable delays) for 1/6th of a story more appealing to new fans.

The part of me that never gets round to doing stuff wants to make a gif of Syndrome saying "when everything's in continuity... nothing is."

Could be awesome, or terrible. I'm rather excited to get Married Spidey back, if only for a brief time.

Or do one big poo in the morning and another one in the afternoon. I bet they weren't even excited by and then subsequently disappointed by Star Wars Prequels. Or have a glass full of spare change near their beds. That they don't have.
