Half marathon

Just finished my first. That thing was a bitch. 2 hours 31, and a slight twinge in my calf turned into a raging pain for the last 3 miles, which were mostly walked, which meant I was far off my goal of 2 hours.

Nonetheless--I just went 13 miles in two and a half hours. Wooo!

We use miles. Solely because kilometres are French (though I believe they call them "kilometers").

Sorry, we ze milez. Solely becaze kilometrez are French (tho I believe they call them "kilometerz").
