The epitome of my updates is usually "ah, bacon sarnie and a cuppa tea. that's what life's all about."

And if you interpret that as a "[composite word including 'f*ck'] off and die" to anybody without a bacon sarnie and a cuppa tea, well that's perfectly fair. Because it is.

Christ I want a bacon sandwich.

Well, to be honest, I think pretty much everything you say boils down to "[composite word including 'f*ck'] off and die".

Amazingly the baby, who seems to be suffering from every illness known to man, now has oral thrush. How does a baby catch oral thrush? No, don't tell me...
