I don't usually get involved with this sort of thing - I thought the Cage Against The Machine campaign was cute but kinda pointless - but this is far too good an opportunity to pass up so I'm going to spam it here.

So I've become a massive fan of Kunt and the Gang who's essentially a musical Viz magazine from Basildon and he's pretty much awesome. I even got to buy him a pint and have a chat with him recently, which was a dream come true. He accepted the pint by saying "go on, then", which is even more awesome. Anyway, he's making a stab for the Xmas number 1 spot with the "most offensive song ever recorded", Use My Arsehole as a C*nt. The original can be found here, though be warned it's very catchy and you may find yourself singing it at inopportune moments.

However, he's released today an updated version (inspired my friend's wife, gloriously) based around the story of Nick Clegg. It's on youTube here. It's truly magnificent.

So I'm asking you, if you have iTunes (puttup!) or know someone who does, buy Kunt's single between December 13th-18th. It needs to be done. It's the right thing to do. You know it makes sense. Thank you.

I know, it's a scary concept, but I'm only buying it so that it charts and that I can help get an obscenely sweary record into the top 40. I don't have an iTunes (puttup!) account myself but I'm going to bung a fiver to a couple of people and then stand over them as they buy each of the multiple versions for me. Unbelievably there's a clean version, but I've no idea what that would sound like :?

I suppose I must reveal my pun here, because as per usual, I'm the only one who knows what I'm ramblin' about... XD

Tower Records was this ginormous USAian record-shack-thingy-chain, where lots of poor saps would be goin' in and pickin' up the latest Whitesnake album, back in the 80's and 90's. During the 2000's they fell on some rather dire, dire straits, ( as most record stores in the world) and subsequently closed.

They don't exist anymore, as a physical entity.

They've got an online store tho', I just learned.

Hope it works.

Last year, there was just RATM, so it was easy numbers.

This year, I've seen at least 3 competing, so unless one has a clear majority of the anti-xfactor share, they'll effectively block each other, letting the xfactor in and possibly win.
