If the Ivory Tower is the brain of the board, and the Transformers discussion is its heart, then General Discussions is the waste disposal pipe. Or kidney. Or something suitably pulpy and soft, like 4 week old bananas.

Only four
I could have swore #8 was Flash Gordon though!

I know four!
I recognize #1 and #4. Does that count?
Can't believe I'm still here.

So what's #8 if not Flash?

Still on 10.
Can't get 3, 6, 10, 11, or 12.
Looks like we're all getting stuck on the same few.

3 looks like a damn comet. That does not narrow it down one bit.
Im kinda surprised Serenity and Event Horizon arent among the pics...

Got 10 and 12.
Hating how obvious 10 was now...
12 was a just a dumb guess after looking at my movie collection.

Flash? How can you misspell "Flash"? Flush? Flahs?
EDIT:
Oh. Flash GORDON.

Dude, seriously? Even I've got number 11 and I massively suck at this. It seems I don't actually do spaceship-based films... I've got a whole 7 of them.
[EDIT] Right, I'm upto ten. I'm missing 3, 10, 12, 14 and 15.
As far as 11 goes, you don't need to worry about superscript. Just a space and the number will work.
[EDIT II] Hahahaaha. I just got number 10. Of course it is. Genius.

Works without the space, too.
If they'd used almost any other still, I might not have been sent down the lines of "It's a 70's film, Space:1999 ever do a movie?"
Hahahaaha. I just got number 10. Of course it is. Genius.
Yeah. I kept thinking #10's answer was #6.
I'm surprised #14 & #15 are causing issues, though. They were the first ones I answered.
Just need #12 now.

I vividly recognise 15, but can't for the life of me get it.

After looking over this whole thread for clues I still got just 7. Got #14 but not #15 though.
EDIT: just worked out #12. Word of advice, sometimes you don't need the full title.

SPOILERS!!!
Here's the answers for those who are stuck (highlight to read, and I've made the font tiny because you can still read it when it's normal size):
EDIT: I've also shunted the list down the page a bit, just in case.
1.The Fifth Element
2.Spaceballs
3.The Man Who Fell to Earth
4.2001
5.Star Wars
6.Solaris
7.Close Encounters
8.Flash Gordon
9.ET
10.Moonraker
11.Alien 3
12.Final Fantasy
13.Star Trek
14.The Matrix Reloaded
15.The Life of Brian

PP FTW.
There's no crime in not knowing 12 or 14.

Ah, no wonder I didn't get #12. It's the only one of them I've never seen. Nor am I interested in doing so.
BTW, PP, you can still read it when it's tiny size too.

Sorry mate-just thought if I made it tiny and put some distance between it and the main text, it might make it harder to read it by accident. You want me to edit it?

Well, keeping it small is good, but maybe make it all yellow too. That's always a good way to make it irritatingly difficult to read, I've found.

Yeah, I woulda never got 3. My gf pointed out 15 to me and I just hung my head in disappointment for not remembering that.
14 was one of the first ones I got. Took me 2 tries to get the full title correct. Apparently it had to be from the 2nd one....

Apparently adding a 'The' in front of it is too general than just 'Matrix'

It's a bloody weird film. Kind of like an interesting dream where you wake up and you want to tell everyone about it, then you realise you can't remember any of the details.
Other than the sheer size of Bowie's **** that is.
