Errr, nope. That's racist. If nothing else if you're trying to warn people off going into a bad neighbourhood the pertinant information is "It's a bad neighbourhood". The colour of whoever's going to be stabbing/stomping/pimping doesn't really matter. I mean, if you were talking to your black friend and trying to warn him off a dangerous place would you really go "it's a black neighbourhood"?

He's a try-too-hard "look-at-me-I'm-a-rebel" Fuzor-before-there-were-Fuzors who salivates (which is never permissable) and appeared out of nowhere with a massive chip on his shoulder and a stupid name. He committed the cardinal sin of talking back to Bludgeon and couldn't even die properly.

Annoying and unkillable - it's a dangerous combination.
