I'm not heavily invested, I just wanted to get on top of a football topic around here for once.

I DID watch the game though (I'm sitting around my house having just got my wisdom teeth out), and it was suprisingly one sided after the first 10 minutes or so. What happened, Man U fans?

They couldn't deal with going behind. I think they underestimated Barca.

After they went behind they looked punch drunk, panicked, chased it and lost composure, especially in midfield.

It's odd, it doesn't really happen to United, but is did last night.

Carrick's mind went, never seen him give it away so much.

Giggs ran out of gas.

Anderson went missing completely.

Barca's ball retention was really, really good. United should have been up in their face like Chelsea were but for whatever (mental) reason, they weren't and ended up chasing shadows and looking a bit silly.

Oh, sorry, forgot to mention the biggest factor - They lost because Shane Mccarthy is a ******* ****.

Giggs summed it up, they turned up and we didn't!

we lost it in midfield, and chased shadows after we went a goal down

last year we beat the same side, but we had hargreves on the pitch, we've missed him all season.

I watched the game at work and was ******* pissed.
