Don't you just hate it when they block the traffic... 
This used to happen a lot in Hungary too, but only during the Socialist regime, interestingly. Since the Soviets left, apparently no-one wants attention like this. (face it, people who climb up to bridges, at daylight, in public do not want to commit suicide - they want attention, they want media coverage... If they would really want to commit suicide, they'd do it at night.)
