I can imagine the production meeting now.

"So, Mr Stallone. Your new movie stars yourself, Jet Li, Mickey Rourke, Jason Statham, Forrest Whittaker, Arnold Schwarzenneger, Dolph Lundgren, Danny Trejo and Stone Cold Steve Austin. This already may be the greatest movie in history, but we feel it could be better."

"Better?"

"Yes. We feel it's missing something. We feel that the injection of something very specific could make this film go from awesome to supremely awesome."

"What's that?"

"A cast member with breasts. A cast member with spectacular breasts."

"Hmmm. Did you have anybody in mind?"

"Charisma Carpenter. And her spectacular breasts."

"Sold!"

Steve Austin broke Sly Stallone's neck.

At first, the paramedics thought Stallone had suffered some collateral nerve damage as his speech was slurred.

Then someone pointed out that he always spoke like that.
