If the Ivory Tower is the brain of the board, and the Transformers discussion is its heart, then General Discussions is the waste disposal pipe. Or kidney. Or something suitably pulpy and soft, like 4 week old bananas.

I'm pretty sure Bruce can settle this out of court.
Can't believe I'm still here.

"batman" has been a word much longer than DC Comics, as a name for "a soldier acting as the servant of an officer."
The Turks gonna take on the language of Her Majesty's Empire, too?

Maybe Turkey should have got some lawyers first.
The way trademark law works with pre-existing words is that you have to be passing off your good for theirs.
I'm pretty sure noone is confusion a comic book hero with a random little town in Turkey.

I wish I lived in Batman.
In fact, I wish I was in Wonderwoman. Mmmm.

Screw it. Dave, my personal fantasy was always Kitty Pryde or Rogue.

Rogue would be a one night stand
And you´ll end up dead
Psylocke!!! (in Jim Lee style)
I wish I lived in Batman.
And all their inhabitants are indeed Batmen!!!

This guy should be counter-sued for wasting a human beings time.
"But the Costa story featuring Starscream? Fantastic! This guy is "The One", I just know it, just from these few pages. "--Yaya, who is never wrong.

They could have also sued Marvel Inc. as they have two characters called Bantam, which is an anagram of Batman...
And I shall sue Stephen Sommers for using my name for one of his characters in the Mummy movie (yep, I'm called Beni as well and I must say I'm not happy with the portrayal of the char. with the same name in The Mummy).
In other news, Turkey was sued by turkies for using their name for the name of their country.

Nah. It's just someone made up to look like him.
