Bit (loads) simple, but it always smelt bad that he got done on a murder verdict on the evidence provided... well, that' I've seen anyway. Well shakey.
Good luck to him.
Just for the record, I effing hate the idea of having a jury. I think most people are ******* retards and would hate to have my fate judged by Joe Bloggs and his stupid ******* mates.

Personally I think the amount that's been spent on the whole inquiry, similar to the investigation into Diana's car crash, is pretty preposterous given how little the CPS/Police cared when, for example, Stephen Lawrence was murdered. Some animals are a lot more equal than others, apparently.
More on topic, good luck to the chap. He's not out of the woods yet though? So does this mean there will be another trial?

hmmmmm...
Think you may have it the wrong way round mate.
What I've seen is that the only thing they had was the gunpowder.
Of all their witnesses, only one picked him out of a lineup and he bore absolutely no resemblance to the man she saw for 5-6 seconds 2 hours before the murder took place, over a year and a half after it occured.
He's a proper flid (I mean that in a fluffy, sensative way) and there is no way he could have pulled off a crime such as the one detailed in the Dando case.

Didn't give much a [composite word including 'f*ck'] about JD from what I've seen. He was a bit obsessed with Princess deadfeatures, Freddie Mercury and celebs in general.
It was Serbian Muslims that have been suggested as possibly being linked. She had made an appeal for the other side during the Kosavon war, the BBCs portrayal of the Serbians in said conflict was unflattering to say the least and when the serbian TV pumped out their own propaganda they got bombed by NATO.
I think you'd nead a leap of faith of Carl Lewis proportions to see this as a Serb revenge attack.
These are interesting:

Same as...
I also thought it was funny that they considered a man who went round either naming himself after a nonce or claiming he was Mercury's cousin could be capable of being at large for a year and a half and make such a clean getaway.
I thought it was funny that he went round either naming himself after a nonce & claiming he was Mercury's cousin full stop to be honest.
