Photoshop dudes! I need your help.

If the Ivory Tower is the brain of the board, and the Transformers discussion is its heart, then General Discussions is the waste disposal pipe. Or kidney. Or something suitably pulpy and soft, like 4 week old bananas.

Photoshop dudes! I need your help.

I need some help with a picture.

I want to turn this dudes face in to one of these. Like the one on the left - but slighty more "recognisable".
I'm gonna make a t-shirt out of it - so I guess you know what I mean with "more recognisable"? :)
If it's possible to keep the shoulders, that would be awesome.

Here's another picture of the dude. Don't know which one is easier to work with.

well, u can work with the threshold tool to achive somthing like below

image > adjustments > threshold

I also smoothed out the areas by selecting the black or white areas, and smoothing the selection, and re-filling that area on a new layer.

this helps get rid of tiny errors u dont want.

You will find that u might have to build the image up in parts, to achive the desired effect, as you probably cant achive the finnal effect with a single technique, I did this image in about 5mins just to demonstrate the idea.
