The winning cloaks are normally based upon the designs normally seen around middle earth but its the 'rejected' cloak designs I think are more funny, such as:

In the game Lotro, the dev's open a comp every few months to design a cloak, which u can purchase and wear in game. Its quite an honour for the winner to have his design in game I suppose.
