Something about this doesn't sit right. The cops said that Nancy was tied up and strangled. Why would Chris Benoit, a man VERY proficient in moves designed to choke somebody, need to tie up someone so much weaker than him if he'd wanted to choke her to death?

Because he couldn't bear to actually fight her, maybe? Probably difficult enough to bring yourself to do without having to stop them struggling.

Wel they belive Nancy had a blow to the head aswell.

So, I think, he hit her on the head, or perhaps pushed her and she hit her head or somthing in an arugment.
Benoit then ties her up whilst shes knocked out.
Then he pannicks, as perhaps the injury is worse than he though, and chokes her.

No steroid abuse found? Testosterone is a steroid. An anabolic steroid. He had abnormally high levels of it in his body, apparently from trying to address a testosterone deficiency condition from years of synthetic steroid usage.

The 'roid rage' angle is a media fixation. It doesn't account for him committing his deadly deeds stretched out over a weekend.

No ones saying what he did should be ignored.

The doctors do not belive it was it was steroid abuse, he might have high tesotosterone levels, I have high testosterone levels, im not a killer.

Bottom line is, its not drug related, and that what the media banged on about for a few weeks.

The question remains, what maid him commit the crime?
