A bit of a shock

Just found out a family member was killed in Afghanistan. He was a member of the Royal Military Police over there.

We used to hang out as kids (he was my father's grandson from a previous marriage) but I hadn't seen him in years.

Feeling weird.

Not going to name him here, but for those who know my surname and google it will get the full story.
