Make a text file in the following format:

name, email
Dave Smith, email@address.net
John Doe, blah@example.com

(You need the "name, email" line. edit: Although "name" is a bit superfluous, you could probably just have "email" followed by a bunch of addresses line by line.)

...and save it as a .csv file, then upload that.

Though none of the people I've just tried it with registered with Facebook with the email addresses they use here, apparently.

I'm 'facebook' @ my domain name, but I'm one of only two SDs on Facebook and the only one who's bothered to upload a pic (black and white group shot.)

Uhm... go to groups and whack a keyword into the search function... 's what I do. The related groups thing is also useful.
