How come I never heard of this before? And it's english, so it should be out in the USA too. Propably some werewolf horror, judging by the looks of the cover. Still, weird.

Looks like some 'arty' short they'd show on Channel 4 at 3am on a Thursday morning, to me.
Cover's different, but check the release date with the VHS data.
And not a werewolf in sight.
