If the Ivory Tower is the brain of the board, and the Transformers discussion is its heart, then General Discussions is the waste disposal pipe. Or kidney. Or something suitably pulpy and soft, like 4 week old bananas.

Lingonberry preserve (jam?)

I love it!
I have it to almost everything.
Fried chicken, meatballs, swedish beef stew, sausage... It's delicious!
But the only one I know that eats it is my father.
What about you? Do you eat it?
Can't believe I'm still here.

It's not really popular here (I think Ikea is the only place we can get it) but I am a big fan of the related cranberry, which is traditionally eaten with turkey at Christmas, and redcurrant sauce
I would have waited a ******* eternity for this!!!!

I don't know what it is, but it looks good!
I'll have to check the next time I'm at Ikea, see if they sell it and give it a try. I believe they sell a Lingonberry
drink, but don't know about preserve...

Lingonberries (aka cowberries) are also picked in Newfoundland and Labrador, where they are known as partridgeberries...so there's a chance you may already have tried them

I've been known to put them on Meatballs now and then, but not that often.
Otherwise I ussually put em' on me porridge and various dairy-products. ( Errm, Sour Yoghurt in english?)

I'm not really into jam (though this one tastes good), and am still a bit confused by people putting jam on meatballs, but am slowly being brainwashed into Swedish food traditions due to my colleagues and work environment. They eat lingonberry quite a lot, and so I though every Swede did.
