MERRY CHRISTMAS 2006! =)

If the Ivory Tower is the brain of the board, and the Transformers discussion is its heart, then General Discussions is the waste disposal pipe. Or kidney. Or something suitably pulpy and soft, like 4 week old bananas.

MERRY CHRISTMAS 2006! =)

MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A HAPPY NEW YEAR TOO!! :D

Yeah, I don't know when I'll get the opportunity to say it otherwise, because of the current hollidays, so I'll do it a bit prematurely. :)

Have a good one lads and lass's.

Merry Christmas everyone! *hug*

I probably won't be hanging around on the internet on Christmas day, so I just want to wish everyone a very nice day (or days) with or without family, with some good food and drinks and maybe even some presents.

:)

Merry Christmas - just got a call from my parents, saying they managed to catch a taxi at about 11.35pm, about the time they usually go into hiding until the midnight surcharge at 12. How's that for a Christmas miracle? :D

For the sake of all the times I've annoyed people, upset them, been rude to them, not posted when i should have done and not said what I should have said- I love each and every one of you here, and wish you every blessing it is within my power to grant you.

A most positively joyous pagan midwinter festival to you all, and I hope the fat man brings you everything you desire...I got one of the best Xmas hauls yet - an Energon Unicron (second hand but complete), Clench (oh **** yes, I've wanted one of these for years), Ironfist (I had to look him up on TFU, never even seen him before), a complete Defensor (with a spare Hotspot) and a G2 tank Megs (not Archfire, the big one) from my friend Matt, who is exceptionally good to me at this time of year...plus the new Dinobot and Destruction team mini-cons from Mrs. V :D and, of course, all the stuff I got in Hong Kong on the way over...gonna need bigger shelves...

Anyway, hope you all have a great one and I promise there are beers to be had at the Blue Posts when I return to the Northern hemisphere...I'll take each Transfan individually if needs be, but we will be drinking together in 2007.

Peace, love and surprises in your stocking

Emvee

That taxi thing I just mentioned was after a little family gathering we all went to. Turns out our normally redneck uncle has taken to preaching the Bible in his own way to us, while at the same time thinking that Fiddler on the Roof makes a good holiday movie.

At least we got Will Ferrel's Elf on TV just this Sunday.

Oooh, what is it? Anything nice? I just got a five-string Steinberger, which is yummy.......though no-one else seems to think so. :x

It's incredible. A beautiful red Ibanez, just barely used (my brother had it brand new & sold it to my wife) with a longer and thinner neck than I'm used to, which makes it easier to play than the subpar stuff I've used for years.

That five-string Steinberger sounds like a thousand wet dreams. Amazing, man. Use it with love.
