Its made by Epic, and they are owned by MS. so unless MS sell Epic to Sony or Nintendo dont expect to see it any place else other then the 360 or a PC.
You might be excited but no other game to date has been getting review results like this the last AAA titles, Halo 2, Zelda etc..

I've been waiting for this game for a long time....But now, with Marvel Ultimate Alliance taking up my time, and a need to go buy a $100 wireless XBox adapter before I can take it o/l, I guess I might have to wait a little while longer.
But once I'm there, we're SOOO playing.

Apparently my friend tells me that even though I have a wireless router, it should have regular ports as well as wifi, so our laptops can have wifi, and I can run Xbox Live through an ethernet port. Sweet!
Same friend is coming to town tomorrow with his copy of Gears of War so I can check it out. Double Sweet!

Well, not to go out of my way to drudge this thread out of the muck, but I finally got around to renting this game a couple weeks ago. Admittedly, it DID take over my roommate and I's lives for a while there, I haven't really felt compelled to buy it, even though I had only beat the game on the normal difficulty and only had a few solid hours of online play under my belt. I was really dissipointed there wasn't any kind of CTF gametype.

yeah, def - love the duck and cover stuff, very well done indeed.
only complaints are that having to press a button to pcik up ammo seems a bit redudant and sometimes you swap a weapon by accident and can't seem to get the better one back.
Got Perfect Dark in a bundle with my box as well... . How the mighty have fallen.

Its depressing, especially when u have GoW to compare it too... the pick up button is slightly odd but I guess it stops u chaning guns by accident if u roll over one?
My friend and I play on hardcore, co-op, its just brillant, some of the gun battles take real co-operation to overcome, mega, I just one more...
On a side note im playing STALKER on the PC now, just got into the beta, amazing...

i'd just have the button for chnaging weapons and make the ammo an auto feature assuming you have a compatible weapon i reckon.Impactor returns 2.0 wrote:Its depressing, especially when u have GoW to compare it too... the pick up button is slightly odd but I guess it stops u chaning guns by accident if u roll over one?

At first I thought Headsets were completely toss-pot but after a while u just sort of get used to being able to talk to your team mates etc... Now when I play a game online where I cant speak I think its odd!
One thing I love in GoW is the reload feature, I think thats so cool, somtimes I just Jam it because it looks cool... "NICE!"

Yeah, thats the one area I think they could have worked on but otherwise, in co-op, good stuff. Does come with a Halo 3 MP beta disc...
Driving games, choose either PGR3, looks incredible, loads to do in it, great driving models.
or
Test drive unlimited, this is like a car simulator, u buy, lets say, a new Lambo Gallardo, u choose everything right down to the factory settings of seat trim etc.
Create your online avatar and meet ppl online, in your car, for races and such. all based in Hawai (literally all of the island to explore)
Its a driving MMO.
I personally really enjoyed Lost Planet, bit short tho big mechs!
Oblivion, top RPG, lose your life utterly, there so much u can read about this online ill stay quiet, really should be looked at!
Viva Pinata - sounds rubbish but it really isnt, bizzare but great fun.
Were lucky because Mass Effect is only around 1 month away now... cant wait.
