I know.
That makes... what, Bernard? As the last surviving Taily?
Boo!
At least he went out awesomely, though.
Thought the episode was pretty boring, up until the awesome of the end. Smoke monster yay. Could even explain Jack's dad, Kate's horse and the vision of Walt.
So long as they don't explain it away by saying "oh, it's God" or something. I'm not keen on the supernatural aspect of it... I'd much rather sleuth it out.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lost_%28TV ... d_theories
"Several of the more common fan theories have been discussed and rejected by the show's creators, the most common being that the survivors of Oceanic Flight 815 are dead or in purgatory. This was specifically denied by J.J. Abrams and was also proven to be wrong by the second season's finale.[34]"
Whilst I'm always wary of producers talking bollocks to protect plots... the "they're all dead" notion strikes me as... well... pretty wank.

Eko was one of my top three characters, and I thought he was a real badass.
I was thinking, "Yes, finally the Others have someone to worry about!"
Guess not.
So I don't really understand why they killed him off. Was it that he didn't repent, so the Island killed him? It seems like the Island wants to teach its inhabitants a lesson, and when they don't learn, it kills them off. Or something along those lines.

"But the Costa story featuring Starscream? Fantastic! This guy is "The One", I just know it, just from these few pages. "--Yaya, who is never wrong.
i find its normally the opposite way. As soon as characters make peace then they die.... or in other words as soon as there as they can no longer contribute to the plot they are deadYaya wrote:Eko was one of my top three characters, and I thought he was a real badass.

Probably trying to get over the loss of her husband, and possibly Desmond (depending on when Hurley was in the mental hospital) too.Brendocon wrote:We already know the reason - they were in the same mental hospital.
Unless you're talking about the reason Libby was in there, which is a different question entirely.
the reason libby was in there.... the reason she coincidentally seemed to start a romance w/ hurley....I think it had more to do w/ Gee I think I know you from somewhere. anyway my opinion is that they had more planned for the whole hurley/libby saga that was cut short due to the actors off camera behaviourBrendocon wrote:We already know the reason - they were in the same mental hospital.
