Choons

If the Ivory Tower is the brain of the board, and the Transformers discussion is its heart, then General Discussions is the waste disposal pipe. Or kidney. Or something suitably pulpy and soft, like 4 week old bananas.

Couldn't find the old topic..

What are peeps listening too at the moment?

I can't get this song out my head - 'CHE' by James Mudriczki of Puressence and their live keyboardist Andy Kingslow. The song is a cover of a Judy Collins song but has been vamped up in a Unkle-ish kind of style. Epic.

Loving the new Keane album too. Feels like a proper flowing album instead of just a collection of great songs.

Muse and Boy Kill Boy.

The new Lostprophets album is quite good too, all things considered. I want to hate it on the strengths of soundalike bands like Good Charlotte and Fall Out Boy, but can't due it actually being decent.
Grrr. Argh.

A lot of hard-to-find Radiohead stuff (thanks Rob). You want me? ******* come on and break the door down; I'm ready!

Muse and Red Hot Chili Peppers

Annnd... Joe Esposito's "You're the best" from the Karate Kid soundtrack.

And that's, err, it for now.

Another peep into your mind that we could probably have done without.

....at least you didn't expand on what you are doing while you listen to Ms Fox singing 'touch me'....... :ugh: ;)

One of the most awesome songs ever.

I love it. "A Reminder" and "Banana Co." are some more good ones.

You should check out the Frames, Spidey. They're Ireland's answer to Radiohead and Coldplay.

And Killer Cars! Polyethyelene Part 2! Punchdrunk Lovesick Singalong! Palo Alto! And especially Maquiladora, which sees Radiohead channeling, of all people, Queen.
