does anyone know the origin of thsi word and its exact meaning?

i think its a tres bon word but its always best to check you are not sounding like a daft racist due to some unknown connotation, what?

It's Jamaican slang for a rag/towel used to wipe your ass.

They have a few other variations there, this is the description I've always known it to mean.

I just think it's a good word as well.
